More on Emailing Options

Louis just told me that you can do the setup with Google with a regular Gmail account.. so it must be that the ability to make this password only appears after you totally secure your account wit them by turning off Allow Less Secure Apps and setting up two step authentication.. so I might do that.. 

As far as using OAuth2 the doc links I received from Tech Support are as follows, here’s their email to me:

I have checked with engineering about your query, they have said that they don’t know any way around this without using the OAuth2 and would recommend that you use this approach moving forward.
