Bringing Omnis to the Front OSX. V10.2 (28632)

Hi Mike at. al.,

Yes, I see it regularly on mac, but less on Windows.

even it seems to click the window behind, and you can drag that window 
around, even though it is not the current window, its behind the current 
main window?

also regularly just think your clicking on something on a window, and it 
seems to ignore the top window, but click directly on the window below it.
This would be in dev mode.

Really weird, but not much of an issue on our single window solution, 
fortunately,
sub windows are not affected.
