$10.2 28632 - VCS still not connecting to PostgreSQL

Yes, we are.  I have reported to Omnis, and they have confirmed the fault, and hopefully get a fix shortly.  We connect ours via a VPN, which might play a part.  And we are using PG v10 as well from OSX 10.15

I find that if I start to connect, but cancel, then try again and it works on the second attempt.
