Omnis App Server Crashing

Hi Jeff,

The two "Failed to load" errors are that the DB2 middleware and the Oracle middleware clients aren't installed on your server. As a result the related DLLs wont' initialise.

If you're not using DB2 or Oracle for data access, you can remove these two DLLs from your xcomp folder and the error messages will disappear.

They're not going to be the cause of your app crashing on the server, but it will eliminate a couple of errors.

We're using Omnis Studio 8.1 on Windows Server 2012 without issues.

Regards,
Paul.
