I suggest you remove the C from the ODB path ending up with ODB://127.0.0.1:5913

Thanks

When I tried to install the latest version of the ODB, it tells me that it won’t install because I’m using a 32-bit OS. OK, so looking at the Read Me it seems that ODB went to 64 bit with version 1.69 and I need something a little older.
