I have rewritten that old external as an xcomp, in order to do a 64bit port for Studio 8.  I have not yet built a demo for that xcomp, and I have not done a Studio 10 port yet.  If there's demand for it, I'll get that done.  Meanwhile I was surprised to find out the other day that one old 32bit external was still working in 32bit Studio 10 for Windows (though the demo library didn't fare as well), so that ExpandTags demo might be testable in 32bit flavors of Studio 8 or 10.
