Automating building installers

hi Bastiaan.

highly recommend packages for mac.  once Alex put me onto it …  I’ve build great installers for runtime, our server and postgres.

I extended some of Alex’s pre install and post install scripts and they just do everything.

happy to give them to you — I gave them away at Euromnis the past couple of years.
