Omnis Server: conn 9225

 Hi $all,
I'm having an issue with the Omnis server 8.1.3 64 on Win server 2008r2 at one of our clients.
Their windows events log is full with such errors, which I have not seen before

Omnis Server: conn 9224:
Error while receiving from socket(Socket API error: 10054)

--The full description is like this:
The description for Event ID 103 from source Omnis Studio V8 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

Omnis Server: conn 9224:
Error while receiving from socket(Socket API error: 10054)

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

This client is running a JS client forms and they are complaining that they are sometimes losing data after saving it; we are unable to replicate the issue in our dev environment, so I'm thinking that there is a connection error at that site that is causing the issues they are reporting.

Anyone has seen this error before?

A socket error 10054 may be the result of the remote server or some other piece of network equipment forcibly closing or resetting the connection. ... The remote network interface is disabled for some reason. There are too many users logged on to the server. Your account on the remote server is restricted for some reason.
