Read up on the oXml object in Omnis Studio. Just building XML using Text blocks might work, but you need to ensure that special characters are encoded correctly. It the data has an easy structure, using Text blocks will probably be the fastest option, but if the structure gets complicated you ought to try and use the oXml object. Another option might be to use your database to generate the XML directly in the SQL.
