SSL Error?

HI All,

We wrote something in Omnis to create an export to Excel and the upload the file to an FTP server. 
While we were developing on Mac everything went fine but now when we test it on windows we get following error.

'The program can't start because SSLEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem'

Any of you know what this is, where we can find this dll?
