$813 jsMapControl not working on Device Help Needed

Hi Again,

I have taken my serverless test app a little further by adding a 
jsMapControl.  It works great in Dev Mode but will not display
on the android phone.

Everything else on the form shows and works.
I have added the Map API keys to apikey and to userinfo.

again it works fine in dev mode.

Any hints to what I am doing wrong or missing here?
