Hello Jean-Marc,

You can just add the .csv extension and mostly Excel will be application that will be associated with it.

But to make a correct .xlsx file, you will need the LibXl stuff that you suggest.  You will need to buy the licence from them, and then use the xComp/DLL to produce the Excel file.

OmnisWorld will be carrying a copy of these demo files soon, and then I guess into the mighty GitHub even!
