New Macs - Unzip Omnis

Does anyone know if the latest Brainy Data components are incompatible with
Mac OS 10.5.8? (Owrite, Ospell2 and PDF Device)
I have been working with this "Packages" Installer software to setup for
updating xcomps. My Mac development system is using OS 10.11.6 but my "User
Test" system that contains only the RT versions of our software is using OS
10.5.8.
The XCOMP files are being updated but they will not start when Omnis Starts.
I have been pulling my hair out wondering if I setup the installer wrong.
(Per my message yesterday where I thought the installed was corrupting the
files.)
Finally, I manually copied the files from Brainy Data's original zip files
to test them and found I am getting the same result. They are working on my
Developments System but not the RT System.
Studio 4.3.2.1
Non Unicode
I did try to ask Brainy Data first but got a return message that they are
closed for a couple weeks. I would appreciate it if anyone else might know
the answer to this.

My application actually creates its open update library when it sees there
is a new version available allowing my application to essentially update
itself when the users starts it. But it never worked with the XCOMP or
EXTERNAL files because I was using Omnis as the updater which opened the
files I wanted to replace.
