What you may be after is COM to Omnis or using the old OLE technique. You want to automate filling of fields into Omnis fat client application.
Look at Omnis OLE, COM/DCOM and/or rStudio.
As others have already commented on this thread you have better options than the old protocols, like RESTful API service and that too can work off your fat client.
