O$: converting text to HTML entities

Hi List,

I was wondering: is there a command in Omnis Studio that
converts plain text to a HTML string, using entities where
appropriate?

For instance: "R & D" would become "R & D"

This seems like something that would be standard in Omnis
(whenever a Remote Tasks returns HTML) but I can't seem to
find anything in the Omnis help.
