O$ - Citrix / Omnis Date Issues

We are experiencing an issue with a Citrix deployments of Omnis Studio 4.2.0.8.

Starting the past Sunday (daylight savings time?), it seems that the #D in Omnis doesn't retrieve a date.


It seems like #D is not pulling up date anymore or more precise - date calculations seem to fail.  Dadd(kday,-7,#d) returns nothing.  Worked for 20 years prior.


Citrix client version is: 13.3.100.9

Windows Server hosting the Citrix - Windows 2012 R2

Citrix Server -  Xenapp 7.8

Omnis Version - Omnis Studio 4.2.0.8



Only this site is having issues.  This is the only site running Citrix.



I have to assume it is a Citrix issue.  They reboot the Citrix server each morning.  They have reset the Client's profile.  I have confirmed the date format is proper on the server.



Do we have any Citrix gurus on the list?  What steps can I recommend that might fix this issue?
