Mac OSX Error -10810

I have a customer that is getting this error when trying to open the
OmnisRT.  Only on one of his 9 computers.  It looks like a "Finder" error
but I cannot find any reference to it.  I used "macerror" in terminal and it
says it's an "Unknown Error".

          The application "OmnisRT" can't be opened.  -10810

That's all there is to it.

Anyone know what it is?
