Hi Michael,

If you Show Package Contents for the Omnis(OrWhatever).app, and then Get 
Info on the Contents folder, and set its permissions to Read/Write for 
everyone (and I also superstitiously always set the group permissions to 
read/write as well) and then Apply to Enclosed Items...   that should 
fix it.
