Omnis 4.3.2.1 - Mac OS 10.11.4

We have a new client attempting to install our application on their MacBook.

There seems to be some type of permissions issue going on.  When I attempt
to start the OmnisRT package I get an error stating that there is a problem
omening the userpict.df1 and then it is followed by a second error about the
omnispic.df1.

Then it asks for the Serial Number which even if entered does not stay.

You can do this over and over.  I have downloaded the files twice to the
computer in case there was corruption.

My Mac here has the same OS and I have no issues.

Tried looking at the permission settings of the Folder it's in and the
OmnisRT itself.  All users seem to be set for Read/Write.

Any ideas?
