SubWindow layering problem

Thanks Michael
Your suggestion twigged a realisation that I didn't have an enterable field
on my SubWindow - only buttons. So I added a dummy entry field and the
problem was solved. I vaguely remember a similar issue years ago setting up
a popup calendar. Thanks for the idea.
