dynamic report bobjs

Hi Kris,

I haven't played with that part for awhile and last time was with the
old thin-client, not the javascript one. We used to create PDFs and then
make those PDFs available to the end user either by redirecting to a
temporary URL that gave access to the PDF or have all the code in an
ultra-thin client code that runs the report and returned the PDF directly.

If you output the PDF to a public folder from which the user can
download the PDF be aware that is an approach that can be unsafe because
people can guess URLs and access other users reports so you may need to
secure that in some way.

Cheers,
Bas
