Glass Half Full is my view as well Andy, most optimistic am I.  Lets wait to see who the unnamed group/company is first, and of course they are buying a current revenue earning vehicle.  It must keep generating revenue for the buyers.

And the List/we are not the biggest part in that revenue stream, that would be the RunTime model, of which most of us have not a clue as the size of that.  Mitford House however, do know.

So I hope it is not long before any market uncertainty is put to rest however, I don't like uncertainties of course.
