Which event is triggerd when repositioning a window

Hi,

I have not tested this; but, if your code is doing the moving, I don't 
think an event is triggered.  These events are triggered by user 
interaction.  (ie, the user moves the window.)

I could be  wrong. However, it would not be hard to test.
