js implementation ver.5 vs. v6

We have a website using Studio 5 service on IIS7 /32bit Wserver 2008. The 
JavaScript site runs ok.

Upon moving the site to Wserver2012 /64bit and Studio 6.02, on IIS 8, the 
same Javascript site fails. Nothing seems to work...

Does anyone have any directions what to check, what differences there are to 
this scenarie, or any other helpful ideas?
