O$: assign $top to a report text object

   Hi Jim,

   If  I remember well, $top is measured in "lines&quo= t; while $left is
   measured in pixels.

   It could just be that line = 1 does not fit in the space allotted for the
   report header section?

   Would certainly defer to David Swain on this one!
