NO: Outlook message format

Hi Daniel,

I've played around a little in my version of Outlook and I can recreate what you are seeing if I got to the Format Text part of the email and select "Plain Text" as my Format.

If I leave it as HTML then I get the email full width.  I didn't investigate on how to change the default from Pain Text to HTML but it might give you an idea where to look.
