O$: $fileOps error

sometimes, when I 
Do Do FileOps.$writeentirefile(PathName,BinFile) Returns errCode
>>errCode=-36
Omnis states that it is a Disk I/O error, but the file is normally written into the disk..

So..? What is the sense of such error?

PS: BinFile is a jpg image
Studio 5.2.3 - OSX 10.9.4
