Consulting request - looking for export from ancient Mac .DD1 file to something readable by modern tools

I totally forgot about that. The client did mention to me that they are
using Disk Doubler as well. They're still actively using the software-
would they be able to decompress the data before handing it off to somebody
else without DD?
The .DD1 is only 12 MB, so I don't think the space required for extracted
files would be an issue, even on a machine that old....
