Omnis Weblib for Studio 5 -- Work in Progress

1) I think this should work in Studio 6 — all our other externals went across when I tested the various betas — but I am unable to test this particular one in Studio 6.  If you could give it a shot and report the results, then that would be great.

2) Since this is Florian’s external, I imagine he’d be the best candidate to talk about it.  I’m merely porting it over to Mac and the newer Omnis’.
