Open Source External to display and interact with HTML 5 Content

This is a visual component (drop it on a window, like an entry field).  I may be out of the loop on Java and .NET stuff, but can you have cross-platform visual components?

Personally, I like that I don’t have to bring Java or .NET in as a dependency.  We recently stripped Java out of our runtime entirely because we were seeing weird Omnis Studio crashes in Studio 5.
