studio 5.1 assigning a backcolor to a window

Hi List,

I have a customer that has 3 different levels of security when entering a database, all determined by password levels.  I want to assign a backcolor to my screens depending on what password the user has entered.  How do I assign a specific colour rgb(85,0,0) to a screen?
