List v. Forum

I don't care if it goes to a forum but I'd like one where it emails me the messages too.  Prefer not to need to go somewhere to see the discussions.  Am sure the folks with urgent questions that need answers would prefer that too, they don't have to wait till everybody gets around to logging in at night before they get a response.
