Hello,

This is the same problem we had when Windows 8 was released.
TigerLogic then released updates for Studio 5.x

Don't know about Studio 4.x

Best regards,

Werner

Well, I have learned a few things about this. The KB article mentioned below is a hot fix rollup which includes 90 specific hot fixes and associated articles. I have isolated the individual one that creates this problem. It is KB 2726399. I am working with Microsoft at this time for a potential hot fix for this hot fix to resolve this problem. I'll keep you posted with the developments.

Subject: O$ kDroplist Broken after KB275511

Hello everyone. We are experiencing a new problem after installing the patch associated with Microsoft KB article 2775511 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2775511). This is a seemingly unrelated patch for some network issues for Win 7 and Server 2008. The issue is that when you click on a drop-down list (kDroplist), the list opens up behind the window instead of the normal place, on top of the current window. This, of course, makes the list completely unusable. We have hundreds or thousands of client licenses deployed using O$ 4.2.0.6, so this is a real problem for us. If you have seen this problem, and have any insight to a fix, I would greatly appreciate your help. I have opened a case with TigerLogic on this issue, so hopefully, they can be of some assistance as well. If I receive any helpful information from TL, I will post it here for others benefit.

TIA,
