O$ - 4.3.1 - Print to PDF & Email

In all versions of Studio, both Unicode and Non-Unicode (including 6 beta) we use Win2PDF.  Works perfectly, allows you to set the destination directory, password, file name, protection.  Very inexpensive solution.
