so you rely on the fact that if you can launch Omnis, you must have done authenticated signon to the domain/PC.  But if you have a local user with the right name as one in the DC, will that still work and allow you to connect to the DB/Omnis app?  I don't see you using the domain user password, just picking up the user name from the GetEnv list, right?
