Hi,
Yes, we have done this, you need to pick up the currently logged on Windows username on the domain and the trust that as a basis for application authentication. I cant remember which DLL we registered to get this but it will be one of the Windows DLLs and a Google search will find it for you. You are relying on Windows authentication in a domain model to be passed to you application. If I was a hacker and created a non connected domain of the same name then I could potentially hack the network, so you might want some other method of querrying directory services to validate the domain is the one you think it is - maybe creation of some objects in DS and querying these and their values in the app.
Ben

Funnily enough this is a topic I have to cover for a client of mine !!
SSO = Single Sign On - i.e. your app opens and picks up the logged in credentials of the user from the network and automatically logs that user in to your application without them having to sign in again......
I don't actually have an answer for you - although it is on my list of 'things I need to get done' in the very near future - so if anyone has already done this, let me (and Jean-Marc) know as I will happily pay for someone to assist me not re-invent this particular wheel :)
