NO: Batch file or command line keystroke emulator for X Windows on Windows

I used to do something similar a long time ago. I worked out the key 
strokes required, built a text file (using dBase aah those were the 
days) and 'fired' it at the command line interface using the pipeing 
(input re-direction)  function.
