O$ Outlook Crash

We have clients that have MS Outlook crashing when sending a plain text 
email. This seems to only be a problem when Omnis runtime is installed 
(studio 5.1). The problem was found when a client replied to an email 
sent from a blackberry. This is the details of the crash:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8325.0, stamp 4bf591af, 
faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.5512, stamp 4802a188, 
debug? 0, fault address 0x00037784.

Updating to the new dll was supposed to help. We updated the dll in our 
installer and that did not help. Removing Omnis copy of the dll didn't 
help.
Omnis does not have to be running for this to be an issue.

Has anyone else had this issue and know what we can do about it?
