$O4 Problem with Spaces (Mac OS 10.6)

I've encountered what might be a bug (does one ever know for sure?).
This is a more of annoyance rather than a full blown issue.
But it has the potential to cause some serious problems depending on your
interface and affects Mac users who use Expose/Spaces and have set up a hot
corner to activate it.

If so then the following happens:

1. In Studio You have a TOP most window open over another (eg. Print
dialogue)
2. You move the mouse to the "hot" corner
3. Spaces opens all your virtual desktops
AND... you'll see the topmost Studio window disappear.
4. You move the mouse into the "hot" corner again (shows all the current
desktops)
5. You click on the back window and it will become the top window even if
the Topmost window is set to disable all menus, not be clicked behind or
even if the window is a dialogue.

You can recover from this by choosing the open window from the Window menu -
despite the window being shown as the topmost window it sort-of isn't.
