07 Omnis crash in Parallels 5.0-snow leopard

Hi again... 

Well I took the advice and removed SP3 from XP Pro within Parallels.  It was easy to remove but a total bitch to get it back because XP would never restart after it SP3 was removed. It took a few hours to get SP3 installed.

I removed All and any versions of Omnis 7.3.1.1.1 that were loaded.

I reinstalled Omnis and the patch to set up 7.3.1.1.1.

Crashes still.   I was wondering if it could be a lack of memory issue? I have 2.5 gigs allocated to Parallels 5.0.

Can anyone interpret this msg?  At least the reason for the crash?  It is always the same address.
