Headed listbox

You can only display a checkbox icon in a headed list. I use a check-mark icon to show boolean values, so I don't need platform specific checkbox icons (as it is 'my own' icon).

I want to replace all complex grids by headed listboxes as much as possible.
Short question: Is it possible to show a checkbox in a headed listbox ?
