O$: unhandled exception error

Hi Christine,

We haven't been  having crashes but I did run into the problem not to
long ago where Omnis had already destructed some objects before running
the destruct  on windows that where still open.

That said, I don't recall the exact situation nor was it crashing, Omnis
nicely ran our error handler and reported the problem.
