O$: unhandled exception error

Our destruct writes a couple of records (sometimes, not always). 
unloads the string table, spell checker and then disconnects the SQL 
sessions. It is possible that there are windows open when they close. 
I find it strange that our of about 100 clients only one is having trouble.
