O$ getting monitor width

Hey Mike,

$modes.$width and $modes.$height return just that. We use it all the
time to center windows onto the primary display. Live's good with dual
monitors though I hope TigerLogic one day will use these same values. So
often I use my laptop at a client and I do not have the dual monitor
hooked on and all my IDE windows open up off screen :D
