O$ - Changing the Serialization window

Hi Mark,

I have looked at it... but it only seems to be modifiable if you call  
the method - which I don't upon first install. The client will install  
the runtime (along with my program) and be prompted for the serial  
number (which I will supply to them since I don't want to have to pre- 
serialize all my runtimes). There is an automatic serialization prompt  
that needs to be "de-omnisfied".

It looks like there's some stuff in the Localizable.strings file that  
should be changed.
