Actually, a more apt analogy would be skateboard to dump truck. Both 
have wheels. One can carry a bit more stuff but really, why bother with 
minor details like accuracy when "it's all about visibility of course."? 
I wrote a script that "manages" a PostgreSQL database by dropping the 
database, recreating it, running Django's syncdb, and then populating 
it. By the definition above, I should feel free to add my script as a 
"relational database" to the Wikipedia page.
