O$ Detect #CTRL on window menu

Hi,

Behind the menu line's $event, trap for evClick and use the following 
example..

On evClick
  If #OPTION|#ALT
    Do method msPrint (kTrue)     ;; print all
  Else
    Do method msPrint
  End If
