I suspect Doug felt something of the frustration that David and  
Clifford have felt themselves, so there is more common ground here  
than at first seems.  When you try doing something to help out others  
and you get criticised for it, then it really hurts.

This list should never be a place for personal attacks. There are 500+  
subscribers and 500+ completely different viewpoints on the same  
subject. Politics should also stay off the list .... except to say all  
polititicians are useless, self-serving egotists, which I'm sure we  
can all agree on ;-)  (None here I hope!)

Let's stick to Omnis, which I'm sure we can all agree is a unique  
development environment, which somehow attracts the most intelligent,  
varied and cosmopolitan individuals from across the globe. I find that  
diversity wonderful and sometimes entertaining.
